Our customer service department will then send you the necessary spare part(s) directly by mail.within 5 business daysIf the part you are looking for is available on our website, you will be able to place a free order on our site using a promotional code.
If your parasol is no longer under warrantyYou can either buy the part directly from our website, or contact our customer service if you have a question (function of the part, compatibility, installation…).
