Your questions about professional canvases

Can I bring my fabric and have you make a canvas from it?

Unfortunately not. Our fabrics are specifically designed for outdoor use, tested and validated in long-term field conditions. We don't take the risk of manufacturing fabrics that don't have a proven and reliable lifespan.

What dimensions are available for PRO acrylic canvases?

PRO acrylic canopies are available for the following models: 3x3m and 3x4m cantilever parasols, as well as 3x3m, 3x2m and 2x2m straight parasols.

What are the main advantages of PRO acrylic canvas?

Thicker and more waterproof than our "classic" acrylic, it is even more durable for professional use.

It is especially available in the color of your choice (150+ colors available) and customizable with your logo .

What is the compatibility of PRO acrylic canvases?

PRO acrylic canopies are compatible with all parasol frames sold on our website.
Do you have a Belveo parasol from 2023 or later and would like to equip it with a PRO acrylic canopy? Your structure is compatible.

How long will it take to receive my parasol equipped with its PRO canopy?

You can expect delivery within 3 weeks (from the date of payment of your order) if your canvas does not have any markings.

And you can expect 4 weeks from the approval of the proof (BAT) if you have chosen to have your canvas marked.

You will receive your parasol frame and canopy packaged separately. All you will have to do is assemble the parasol and put the canopy on.

What are the guarantees for PRO acrylic canvases?

The canvases are guaranteed for 3 years against premature wear and 7 years against discoloration.
As part of the warranty, we will take back your canvases for repair in our partner workshop.

• If your canvas is not repairable, we will make another one.

• If you make a tear in the canvas ( under or out of warranty) we can offer you repair solutions (for a fee).

• If you have a large number of parasols at your establishment , we recommend ordering one or two extra canopies (please consult our sales department). A snag, a cigarette burn, or a tear caused by a customer? Simply replace the canopy with the extra one and return the damaged canopy to us for repair.

If I don't like the color, can I return my canvas?

Unfortunately not. Our PRO acrylic canvases are custom-made to order in our partner workshop in the Île-de-France region. Therefore, no returns are accepted (except in cases of product non-conformity or damage).
