Delivery

Delivery is usually made within7 to 10 business days(Excluding pre-orders). You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and delivery service when you confirm your order. In all cases, you will be able to select a delivery time slot. Delivery is made to the ground floor of your building or house. For orders containing pre-ordered items, we schedule shipment once all items are in stock.

Guarantees and maintenance

The Siro outdoor rug is2-year warranty.

To keep your rug in good condition, here are a few tips:

Vacuum regularly. Clean stains immediately with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, professional cleaning is recommended, or you can easily clean your carpet with a garden hose (high pressure).


  • Place the rug in a location where it can be easily cleaned with a garden hose (high pressure).
  • Turn on the garden hose (set to high pressure). Hold the hose a few centimeters from the carpet and spray using a sweeping motion, working from one end of the carpet to the other.
  • Rinse the carpet thoroughly with a garden hose (high pressure) to remove any remaining dirt or soap residue.
  • Allow the rug to air dry completely.
