How long will it take to receive my order? What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is usually made within7 to 10 business days(excluding pre-orders). You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and delivery service when you confirm your order. In all cases, you will be able to choose a delivery time slot. Delivery is made to the ground floor of your building or house. If you wish to estimate your delivery costs, add products to your cart, then click on"i"At the top of the product page, next to the estimated delivery date, you can run the simulation. For orders containing pre-ordered items, we schedule shipment once all items are in stock.

How many LED lamps should I use to create a warm atmosphere?

For satisfactory lighting, we advise you to take2 sets of Monsoon LED lampsminimum.

Which products are the light fixtures compatible with?

The Mousson LED lights are compatible with all our parasols and pergolas. They are very easy to install because they are magnetic.

How do I attach my light to my parasol?

The Mousson LED lights attach to the parasol pole very simply using two magnets or two 3M adhesive patches.

How does the power supply for the lights work?

The Mousson LED lamps are battery operated.(battery life: 3 hours)It is possible to recharge them using aUSB cable includedIt is recommended to charge the LED battery to 100% before first use.
