Delivery is usually made within7 to 10 business days(Excluding pre-orders). You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and delivery service when you confirm your order. In all cases, you will be able to select a delivery time slot. Delivery is made to the ground floor of your building or house. If you wish to estimate your delivery costs, add products to your cart, then click on the "i" at the top of the product page next to the estimated delivery date to run the simulation. For orders containing pre-ordered items, we schedule shipment once all items are in stock.

We offer two models of wheeled stands on our website:the KonaAndthe GreekBoth bases have four 360° rotating casters; on the Kona, the casters are retractable and can be hidden under the shell. However, the Grecal base is more compact and also takes up slightly less floor space. Furthermore, the latter can only be weighted with sand, whereas the Kona can be weighted with water. Finally, the main difference lies in the materials: the Kona is made of plastic, while the Grecal base is made of metal.

Greek wheeled stand:Simply fill it with sand, gravel, or concrete. Sand will give you a weight of 75kg, gravel 80kg, and concrete approximately 95kg. Note: The Grecale base cannot be filled with water. For a 3x3m parasol, we recommend weighting the base with concrete.

Kona rolling standYou have two options for filling your Kona wheeled base: water and/or sand. Keep in mind that sand is more compact and heavier than water for the same volume. Therefore, to maximize the weight of your base, it's best to use sand. It's also perfectly possible to fill your Kona wheeled base with a mixture of sand and water. However, it's important to note that wet sand cannot be removed from the base.

The installation and weighting of the wheeled legs vary depending on the model, offering each user a practical and suitable solution. For the Kona wheeled leg, installation is simple and intuitive: just lift the top cover, fill each of the four dedicated compartments, then close the compartments before replacing the cover. As for the Grecale wheeled leg, weighting is achieved simply by lifting the top cover and adding the necessary weight.

If the paint and undercoat are deeply damaged, apply a water-repellent varnish (clear or the same color as your product, ideally two-component) to prevent water/air penetration and rust formation.
