How does the Belveo warranty work?

If you need to replace a part of your parasol and it is still under warranty, you can contact our customer service department by email atcontact@belveo.comPlease attach a photo to illustrate your problem. Our customer service team will then send you the necessary spare part(s) directly by mail within 5 business days. If the part you need is available on our website, you will be able to place a free order using a promotional code.

If your parasol is no longer under warranty,You can either buy the part directly on our website, or contact our customer service if you have a question (function of the part, compatibility, installation…).

Delivery

Delivery is usually madewithin 5 business days(excluding pre-orders). You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and delivery service when you confirm your order. Generally, small items are delivered viaDPD or ChronopostWhile the delivery of large items is handled by Geodis, delivery is made to the ground floor of your building or house. To estimate your delivery costs, add products to your cart, then click the "i" at the top of the product page next to the estimated delivery date to run the simulation. For orders containing pre-ordered items, we schedule shipment once all items are in stock.
