How long will it take to receive my order? What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is usually made within7 to 10 business days(Excluding pre-orders). You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and delivery service when you confirm your order. In all cases, you will be able to select a delivery time slot. Delivery is made to the ground floor of your building or house. If you wish to estimate your delivery costs, add products to your cart, then click on the "i" at the top of the product page next to the estimated delivery date to run the simulation. For orders containing pre-ordered items, we schedule shipment once all items are in stock.

What is the difference between a freestanding pergola and an attached pergola?

AThe freestanding pergola is independent.and can be installed anywhere in your garden. However,A lean-to pergola is attached to a wall of your house., ideal for covering an adjoining terrace or entrance.

Is it easy to assemble the pergola and secure it to the ground?

Yes, our pergolas are designed for easy assembly, even without DIY expertise. They come with detailed instructions.Assembly takes approximately 2 to 3 hours for 2 or 3 people.For optimal stability: use the provided inserts on hard surfaces (concrete) or pour a concrete base under each post for soft ground. Once installed, the pergola is stable and ready for use.

Can extensions be added to an existing pergola?

Absolutely! Our 3x2m extensions can be added to the right or left of your main pergola to expand the shaded area. These extensions integrate seamlessly with the existing structure.

How do I maintain my pergola?

The interview is simple:
Clean regularly with a soft clothUse soapy water and a product suitable for powder-coated iron. Avoid abrasive products to preserve the paint. In case of deep impacts, apply a water-repellent varnish to protect the structure against rust.
