The Grecale wheeled base for a straight parasol isgalvanized steelIts hood isaluminum (5000+)2mm thick, coated with a textured matte anthracite grey powder coating (RAL 7012). Double casters with stainless steel bearings, galvanized steel support. Two of the four casters have a braking system.

To weigh down the Grecale wheeled stand, simply fill it with sand, gravel, or concrete. Sand will give you a weight of 75kg, gravel 80kg, and concrete approximately 95kg.Warning: It is not possible to fill the Greek foot with water.For a 3x3m parasol, we recommend weighting the base with concrete.

Screws:

Stainless steel BTR screws included: 4 threaded screws Ø8mm + 4 washers per wheel.

Parasol fixing screws not included (you can use the screws present on your parasol).

Mast foot tube not included.

Delivery

Delivery is usually made within7 to 10 business days(Excluding pre-orders). You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and delivery service when you confirm your order. In all cases, you will be able to select a delivery time slot. Delivery is made to the ground floor of your building or house. If you wish to estimate your delivery costs, add products to your cart, then click on the "i" at the top of the product page next to the estimated delivery date to run the simulation. For orders containing pre-ordered items, we schedule shipment once all items are in stock.

Guarantees and maintenance

The Grecale wheeled base for a straight parasol is2-year warranty.

To keep your roller stand in good condition, here are a few tips:

Rinse regularly with fresh water. Use a soft cloth and mild soap (such as black soap) for routine maintenance. Do not use corrosive products or brushes for cleaning. If the paint and undercoat are deeply damaged, apply a water-repellent varnish (clear or the same color as your product, ideally two-component) to prevent water/air penetration and rust formation.

Dimensions and weight

The Grecale wheeled parasol base for straight parasols has a square shape measuring 65x65x8cm. Once the wheels are attached, the base reaches a height of 16.50cm. Empty, the wheeled base weighs 25.70kg. When filled with sand, it will weigh approximately 75kg. When filled with gravel, it will weigh approximately 80kg, and when filled with concrete, 95kg.

A design built to last

The structure of the wheeled base for a straight parasol isdesigned in one piece, so as to avoid breakage related to assembly.This structure is made using folded and welded steel plates, then dipped in a 450°C zinc bath to create a protective, rust-resistant layer. This is the hot-dip galvanizing process. All that's left is to add the casters and the cover, and it's done! A simple and effective product made of just three high-quality components.
