How long will it take to receive my order? What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is usually made within7 to 10 business days(Excluding pre-orders). You will be able to choose your preferred carrier and delivery service when you confirm your order. In all cases, you will be able to select a delivery time slot. Delivery is made to the ground floor of your building or house. If you wish to estimate your delivery costs, add products to your cart, then click on the "i" at the top of the product page next to the estimated delivery date to run the simulation. For orders containing pre-ordered items, we schedule shipment once all items are in stock.

Yes, all our pergolas are designed for easy installation. Detailed instructions are provided, and with 2 or 3 people, assembly can be completed in just a few hours. For soft ground, we recommend pouring a concrete base under each post.

Are pergolas compatible with all types of soil?

Yes, our pergolas can be installed on various types of ground (concrete, slabs, soft ground). For optimal stability on soft ground, it is recommended to pour concrete footings under each post or use appropriate fixings.
